Right, so Not many of you Creepy Crawlies of the night time Circus know about the Darkness of Time. But, This topic is dedicated to that of the Steam-punk relation to life. My older Rp forum, "The Darkness Of Time" Was based around that of a city erected in the sky, as a safety maneuver from the undead-scourge.

Anyway. There's not much story there, but I'll put one down anyways. Very Happy

Once, there lived a great city, full of inventors, scientists, and the mentally insane as well, but besides my point. This city was the fame and glory of the English isles. (Yes we're near Britain and all that. Very Happy

) Until the stupidity of one scientist cost the lives of nearly a million people. This BRILLIANT man believed that a drill tough enough to brave the oceans depths was needed to test run IN HIS BASEMENT. Cracking a couple pipe lines and basically covering this glorious Isle in a deadly smog.

Two Weeks Later the Queen of England decided to erect a wall to protect her people from the ever growing Plague.

You know what. Fuck this backstory.

Onto the present.

So, A couple fucking years after this Hooker of a Queen decided to erect a wall to keep all of our Undead Brethren Out of our sights, she demanded the best engineers to create a city in the sky. This City comes with it all. Booze, Hoes, Work, And a special outskirts for our Insane wackos who really don't belong. But, due to the fact that the undead were wising up to our challenges, Her royal bitch-tits decided it would be a good idea to send in her Inspectors to kill any of the undead her supernatural genetically mutated engineers were housing on sight.

Christopher walked downstairs from his room barely catching a knife that was thrown at his face. Adverting his eyes from the knife to the giggling girl at the table, he stabbed the knife into the wall with the others. What have I told you about knife playing? He questioned sitting down at the table watching as she sipped poison from a bottle giggles escaped her throat again.

Don't play, don't play~ It's all you say! But I want to get the revenge I never had... To kill them all so bad! Revence told him smiling slyly as her now red eyes sparked to life.

Why don't you go back to normal? I miss my little sister.. Christopher told her before glancing at his burnt eggs and toast, who could cook for me without burning it. Toast really? You burned toast? he asked her with a bored look. Revence grinned widely before stabbing her crystal ebbed knife into her toast.

Yep! The toaster wouldn't work so I killed it~ See? Christopher did see on the counter floor was the remains of the toaster ketchup was on the floor spelling 'Want to Play!?' somehow she made ketchup look like blood and it made it seem eerie, though to Christopher who was used to it by now... Thought it was cute. Yes CUTE, he loved his sisters insane side but loved the regular one even more. He just hoped no one tried to enter their house and saw that... They would think they were insane...

Which is a understatement.

Sighing Christopher went in the fridge and grabbed a slice of cake munching on the sweet dessert he watched his sister continue to 'murder' the poor toast.

Modhnori walked through the strobe-lit halls of his strip club and bobbed his head along to the music that blocked out the voices in his head. Tracing his eyes along the gyrating bodies of the hookers and hoes he mutters something to himself. A devilish snicker slips past his lips and looks at all of the single men wasting billions of dollars on half naked women. Hearing a whistle come from a different direction Modhnori spins on his heel and looks towards the bar where his sister Marquis sat tending to her nails and some upset hookers. A drunk inspector let his eyes trail over Marquis like she was another one of Modhnori's workers. A deep growl escapes his throat as the eyes of the demon-hybrid flared in fury. Whistle at my sister you do, thinking no one is watching... Whistle at my sister you do, with thoughts of possessing her virginity that dance through your drunken skull. Modhnori spat through clenched teeth as he reached into the pocket of his hoodie and pulled out three freshly sharpened silver card. Aiming at the head of the drunk man Modhnori didn't know was an inspector he began to throw them when a glow of yellow light surrounded the weapons.
At ease, Modhnori. Marquis ordered through the mind link she had created. Her blood red eyes staring directly into her brothers as she pressed a hand against the counter. That man is an Inspector, I don't think we want to be hearing from more of them in the morning.Marquis said as she lifted her hand up off of the counter and flipped her hood up, going back to tending to her "girls". She let the cards drop to the floor.
Yes sister dear, relax I will. Shall I tend to the bar? He asked with a raise of his eyebrow as he slowly made his way to the bar.
Yes please, Modhnori. Marquis asked politely as she walked past a beaded curtain to get something to calm her bleeding headache.
Modhnori took his place behind the bar and folded his arms across his chest, narrowing his eyes in suspicion at the Inspector man sitting across the bar from his spot.

Watching as he watched his sister get dressed in a black Gothic looking skirt that reached her mid-thigh and knee high strapped boots, as well as a collared white shirt. He handed her, her usual jacket even when insane she still loved the thing to death and wore it everywhere. Putting her hair down and hair up she smiled at Christopher looking a tiny bit normal..

A tiny bit.

Giggling Revence put the jacket on before slipping out the door with grace a hum going through her lips, to see and to go are two different things! Shall we go for a drink at the place where hookers and dopey eyed mutts are in? she asked referring to the men that go in there as dopey eyed mutts. Nodding Christopher followed after her, distracting her whenever her eyes flashed when she looked at certain people. Revenge is nice... But what is the point when the guiltiest people are in front of you? Justice with a little irony I am! To see them before my hand is infuriating! Revence growled as she saw a inspector in front of her.

Inspector's can do anything and get away with it... Since the Queens her boss and she doesn't want a bad rep... Christopher told her little sister who's eyes gleamed as she giggled madly.

A new Queen we need! To see the chaos a hero or heroine will rise up to the challenge! Who says fairy tails are false? I scoff at the thought! Revence told him before walking into the strip club and made a B-line for the bar avoiding dopey eyed mutts that she very noticeably scoffed at, and hookers. Almost ripping one's throat out when she tried to talk to her brother growling she growled at the hooker who flinched as she dragged her brother to the bar. Two swig's of alcohol please to avoid the onlooking idiotic men, she asked sitting down on the stool in front of the bar. A threatening aura around her as she sent warning glares at hookers who looked at her brother. To pass the time she sang softly her hand never leaving Christopher's arm. Fashion Monster, Fashion Monster, Fashion monster, Fashion monster.. I really wanna say, I hope it's okay. It may be kind of strange or put you to sleep. These words are crawling out it's always the same now. They cannot hurt you how like they have stabbed into me... she sang.

Christopher nodded in agreement his eyes trailing to the beaded curtain the feeling of someone behind it never left him but his eyes traveled back to his sister who was seeing while glaring at hookers. A smile spread on his features finding it cute, he pat her head as she looked at him and stuck her tongue out at him probably reading his mind.
